  By registering for the Sanskrit Olympiad, participants acknowledge and agree that all registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity and fairness of the competition.

• Non-Refundable Fees

  All fees paid towards registration for the Sanskrit Olympiad are final. Once payment is made, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers of any kind will be allowed.

• Participant Responsibility

  Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet all eligibility requirements and understand the competition rules and schedule before registering. By completing the registration process, participants agree to the terms and conditions of this No Cancellation and No Refund Policy.

• Special Circumstances

  In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond the control of the organizers, the Sanskrit Olympiad may be postponed or rescheduled. However, no refunds will be issued under these conditions. Participants will be notified of any changes to the schedule or format of the competition.

• Technical Issues

  Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technical equipment and internet connectivity to participate in the online components of the Sanskrit Olympiad. No refunds will be issued due to internet connectivity issues on the participant's end.

• Organizer Discretion

  The organizers of the Sanskrit Olympiad reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants through official channels.

• Agreement to Terms

  By registering for the Sanskrit Olympiad, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this No Cancellation and No Refund Policy. This agreement is binding and enforceable.
